MEET CHRISTINA | FOUNDER & CEO

Strength Appeal was founded by Christina — as a healthcare professional who lived the pressure, the burnout, and the weight of showing up for everyone else.

Through her own journey of navigating stress, burnout, and personal growth, she realized something many women in healthcare quietly struggle with: the need for support, resilience & reminders of their own strength.

Her path was also shaped by a legacy of resilience passed down through the women in her family — beginning with her grandmother, who overcame unimaginable hardship to build a life for those who came after her.

What began as personal work to better understand and care for herself eventually grew into something bigger.

Strength Appeal was created to support the women who give so much of themselves every day — proving that strength can grow from even the hardest chapters of our lives.
