Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Return window:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility requirements:
To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be new, unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Be returned with original packaging


Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.


Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 8 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size changes only, and only for the same item, subject to availability.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund may be issued according to this return policy.


Extended Holiday Returns

Orders placed between November 21 and January 4 qualify for an extended return window of 21 days from delivery, provided all return eligibility requirements are met.
