1. Start Your Morning with Hydration Before Stimulation

It’s tempting to reach for coffee or scroll your phone first thing. But before the caffeine or the screen time, pause and offer your body what it truly needs: water.

Overnight, your body naturally becomes dehydrated. Even mild dehydration can contribute to feelings of anxiety, fatigue, or irritability.
